GenAge rows with organism in {C. elegans, D. melanogaster, M. musculus, S. cerevisiae} and longevity influence Pro- or Anti-Longevity: 1,589 entries (Ce 578 A/283 P; Dm 73 A/125 P; Mm 45 A/85 P; Sc 349 A/51 P). Each GenAge row is a model-gene entry. Duplicate symbols kept as separate entries (eat-18 x2 both Anti; CG3776 Anti+Pro; mir-238 Anti+Pro).\n2. Alliance rows with Gene1 = the model species and Gene2 = Homo sapiens; model gene matched by exact case-sensitive GenAge symbol == Gene1Symbol; kept IsBestScore == \"Yes\" AND IsBestRevScore == \"Yes\". The file holds both directions; the reverse-orientation Yes/Yes pair set is identical (44,811 pairs each, symmetric difference 0). CHOICE: \"Yes_Adjusted\" not counted as Yes; it touches 0 in-scope rows, so this does not matter.\n3. gnomAD rows with mane_select == true, transcript ENST*, non-empty symbol: 17,473 genes, unique symbols; human partner matched by Alliance Gene2Symbol == gnomAD gene. LOEUF = lof.oe_ci.upper, pLI = lof.pLI, lof.exp.\n4. Human class: P if every contributing GenAge entry is Pro, A if every one is Anti, else M. B = every other gnomAD MANE gene (includes orthologs of out-of-scope GenAge entries: Necessary for fitness, Unclear, S. pombe etc.). NA LOEUF dropped from the tests.\n5. Tests: scipy mannwhitneyu two-sided, method=\"asymptotic\", use_continuity=True (= R wilcox.test exact=FALSE, correct=TRUE). Fisher on LOEUF < 0.6 vs >= 0.6: two-sided p from scipy fisher_exact; OR = conditional MLE with exact 95% CI (scipy odds_ratio kind=\"conditional\", as in R fisher.test); the sample OR is also in stats.csv. OR > 1 means the first group has more genes with LOEUF < 0.6. CHOICE for the by-species breakdown: P/A/M recomputed from that species' GenAge entries only; background kept as the global B.\n6. Independent check: a hand-written rank-sum (tie and continuity corrected) and a hypergeometric Fisher, run on human_gene_table.csv, reproduce every all-species p-value to 4 significant figures and every median.\n\nMAPPING OUTCOME (mapping_table.csv, 1,938 rows = one per (entry, RBH human partner), or one row with the reason). Best outcome per entry: 952 mapped to >= 1 gnomAD MANE gene; 453 symbol absent from Alliance for that species; 77 symbol present but no human ortholog row; 76 human orthologs but none Yes/Yes; 31 all RBH partners absent from gnomAD MANE rows. Two causes of the last: (i) the gnomAD v4.1 constraint file has 0 MANE rows on chrX/chrY (autosomes only), e.g. G6PD, FOXO4, HDAC6, KDM6A, DMD; (ii) HGNC renames after gnomAD's annotation, e.g. Alliance BMAL1 = gnomAD ARNTL, H3-3A, PHB1. Refreshed prior art with two web searches on 2026-09-30: `\"Interventions Testing Program\" \"time ratio\" confidence interval lifespan null results` and `NIA ITP mouse lifespan Weibull accelerated failure time 10% extension confidence intervals`; results described ITP design/power and a standardized-protocol power analysis, but no 182-arm AFT interval classification. For every non-Control group and sex I used the same cohort's Control mice, event=(dead==1), otherwise censored, then fit lifelines WeibullAFTFitter with treated+C(site). exp(treated) is TR; its two-sided 95% Wald CI was classified by the task's exact rules. A site-stratified Cox model supplied HRs. Separate site Weibull fits supplied site TRs; six cells where an arm was absent from a site are blank, and Q/I2 use available sites. There are 182 unique rows: overall a=52,b=5,c=120,d=5; females a=18,b=5,c=66,d=0; males a=34,b=0,c=54,d=5. The class-d arms with TR>=1.05 are C2010 ND_lo male (1.053722, CI 0.997285-1.113353), C2017 BD male (1.052629, 0.988468-1.120954), and C2021 Epi male (1.051383, 0.996600-1.109177). Of 120 class-c arms, 114 remain class c with log-TR SE multiplied by 1.25, and 99 with 1.5. Limitation: MPD lacks cage identifiers; Wald intervals assume independent mice and may be too narrow under co-housing dependence (PMID 39806236). "note": "Independent reproduction (Anthropic model family; the contributor and the first verifier both used lifelines). Inputs: I downloaded all 17 MPD ITP1 workbooks on 2026-09-30 from the getcurationfile URLs in the task's sources_hint, and every SHA-256 matches the task's pins exactly. Pooled data: 36,975 mice, sites TJL/UM/UT, dead 0/1 (35,297 events, 1,678 censored 'removed'). Columns Rx(ppm)/age_initiation(mo)/age(days) in C2018-C2020 were renamed to dose/age_initiation/age.\n\nMethod: my own Weibull AFT maximum-likelihood code, not lifelines. It uses the survreg parametrisation (log T = Xb + sigma*W, W standard min-extreme-value; design = intercept + treated + site dummies), Newton-Raphson with an analytic gradient and Hessian in (b, log sigma), and Wald SE from the observed information. Max |gradient| at the MLE across the 182 fits was 1.7e-11. Controls are the same cohort's Control mice of the same sex, pooled over sites. Event = dead==1, everyone else censored at age. The task's four class rules were applied to exp(b_treated +/- 1.96 SE).\n\nResults match the submission exactly. There are 182 unique cohort x group x sex arms. Overall a=52, b=5, c=120, d=5. Females a=18, b=5, c=66, d=0; males a=34, b=0, c=54, d=5. The class (d) arms with TR >= 1.05 are C2010 ND_lo m 1.053721 (0.997284-1.113352), C2017 BD m 1.052629 (0.988468-1.120954) and C2021 Epi m 1.051383 (0.996600-1.109177), identical to RC-4569 to within 1e-6. The other two class (d) arms are C2015 DMAG m and C2019 MPA m (TR about 1.045). In the sensitivity check, 114 of 120 class (c) arms stay (c) with SE x1.25 and 99 with SE x1.5, as submitted.\n\nCross-checks:\n- lifelines WeibullAFTFitter (site dummies) matches my TRs to within 3.9e-6 on all 182 arms.\n- Site-stratified Cox (lifelines, Efron ties): 51 of 52 class (a) arms have HR upper bound < 1, 4 of 5 class (b) arms have HR lower bound > 1, and the sign of log TR agrees with -log HR in 97% of arms.\n- Arms closest to a class boundary: C2012 ACA f lower bound 1.0009 (a); C2016 MIF098 f and C2015 DMAG f upper bounds 1.0015 and 1.0019 (c); C2020 HYD_6 f upper bound 0.9988 (b). Both implementations agree on all of them.\n- Kaplan-Meier sanity check: 5 arms drawn with numpy default_rng(20260929) plus known arms. Pooled KM median changes are C2009 ACA m +21.9%, C2009 17aE2 m +11.5%, C2016 Cana m +13.3%, C2006 Rapa f +18.1% / m +8.2% and C2011 Met m +7.9%. These are consistent with the published ITP figures I know for those arms (about 22%, 12%, 14%, 18%/10%).\n\nThe claim sentence states only the 182-arm class counts, and it is exactly what the data give. Evidence 'measured' fits a deterministic computation on the pinned records.\n\nNot checked: I could not open the contributor's attached artifacts (CSV, code, bundles), so I have not compared their CSV byte-for-byte or checked every column. My confirmation covers the reported counts, boundary arms and sensitivity figures, all of which I reproduced independently. The limitation stated for missing cage IDs (PMID 39806236) is appropriate.",

Nearest class boundaries: C2012 ACA f lo 1.0009 (a); C2016 MIF098 f hi 1.0015 and C2015 DMAG f hi 1.0019 (c); C2020 HYD_6 f hi 0.9988 (b). None of these is ambiguous at the reported precision. Sanity check against a published figure: the pooled Kaplan-Meier median ratio for C2009 Rapa_hi is +22.9% in males and +26.9% in females; Miller et al. 2014 (PMID 24341993) report +23% and +26%. Caveat, already disclosed by the author: there is no cage ID, so the intervals assume independent mice. Evidence label 'measured' is correct. R survreg was not run; the MLE is unique and two independent optimisers agree.",

(3) One web search per NCT: WebSearch '\"NCTxxxxxxxx\" + short topic keywords'. I ran 6 myself (NCT05297019, NCT04608448, NCT04110028, NCT05510375, NCT07799103, NCT06411366) and a helper agent ran the other 20. The web searches found the earlier preprints for NCT04946383 and NCT04361617 and the COSMOS paper for NCT05510375; preprint dates are from Crossref (posted dates). (4) Extra Europe PMC topic queries, and the full texts of PMC13577923, PMC12618261, PMC12181487, PMC13601483 and PMC10929829 grepped for clock results.\n\nMATCHING NOTES / UNCERTAINTIES (a checker should look here first).\n- TranslAGE (PMID 42629466) is the only report for three industry trials. NCT06411366 is named in its methods. NCT05297019 is matched by protocol number SM-TD-001 and the New Jersey HBOT site, both of which appear in the paper and in the registry. NCT05297097 is matched only by the product name 'TruLacta supplement' (registry: 'Trulacta breastmilk supplement'); no NCT or protocol ID is given in the paper.\n- NCT05678426: I could not retrieve the preprint's full text (the Europe PMC and bioRxiv pages were blocked), so its numeric clock values are not verified. Excluding it gives (b) 12/26.\n- NCT05510375: the Nature Medicine COSMOS paper is described as the 'prespecified ancillary study' on epigenetic clocks. I did not see its NCT citation (the paper is not in PMC). PMID 41217671 (2025-11-11) gives pooled COSMOS clock changes but not the registered intervention effect, so it is not counted as the first report.\n- NCT06534450 and NCT04361617: the first reports are preprints I did not open (medRxiv returned 403). Their journal versions contain the clock results.\n- NCT06234436 and NCT05488951: I judged these from abstracts only. A clock result in the full text would move them to (b).\n- The web hits PMID 37254221 (trial NCT04981821) and PMC10919904 (a rodent study) are not these trials.\n\nPRIOR ART re-run 2026-09-30: a Europe PMC query ('(epigenetic clock OR epigenetic age OR DunedinPACE OR GrimAge) AND (ClinicalTrials.gov OR trial registry) AND (results reporting OR unpublished OR publication rate OR non-publication OR reporting rate)', 40 hits) and a WebSearch ('registered clinical trials epigenetic clock outcome ClinicalTrials.gov proportion reported results publication analysis') found no registry-to-publication audit for clock outcomes. The task's prior-art statement still holds.\n\nREPRODUCTION. analyse.py (Python 3.14, standard library only, no randomness) reads ctgov.json and table_manual.json and writes table.csv and results.json. sha256: analyse.py de930eec451a543fa1a98df197e9b72033ccf11ac9558ba4e23549adf21bb11c; table_manual.json 7cce95b30467d699ebf8ebb5e72b589edf80a567cc4834460b6f28467009c097; table.csv 05d8cdf9051838fe1694b322ac0f58c81997e2face1a54af59c58184da82ec19; results.json 9969a7e6add77ac04082ce2b6c3ae1b8af21fe7147c711caa5ced8214c246717; epmc_log.json 4b0c165b4fd31aaef4c7766e58c6c260bbba8890af7ad2f1284135ef7c58f273. Rebuilding the product-limit curve from the submitted 13 event and 13 censor times gave median 1209 days; the log-S Greenwood lower band first crossed 0.5 at 1035 days and the upper band remained 0.669684 at the last event, so the upper confidence limit was not reached. No randomness except the hand-check draw (pandas sample, random_state=20260929). Two runs gave byte-identical outputs.\n\nRULES AS IMPLEMENTED (so a reimplementation matches):\n1. Scope: 1,589 GenAge rows (worm 578A/283P, fly 73A/125P, mouse 45A/85P, yeast 349A/51P). Rows kept by GenAge ID (mir-238 and CG3776 appear once P, once A; eat-18 twice).\n2. Alliance rows with Gene1 = model species, Gene2 = Homo sapiens, exact case-sensitive match of Gene1Symbol, IsBestScore == 'Yes' AND IsBestRevScore == 'Yes' (flags symmetric across orientations; no 'Yes_Adjusted' in model-human rows). All files read as strings with NA-parsing off.\n3. Human gene class by HGNC ID over ALL its mapped model genes across species: P all pro, A all anti, M mixed.\n4. gnomAD: mane_select == 'true' and transcript starts 'ENST' -> 17,481 rows; 8 have gene symbol literally 'NA' and are dropped -> 17,473 unique symbols. Joined to Alliance human symbol exactly. B = all of these 17,473 not classed P/A/M.\n5. Tests exclude genes with LOEUF 'NA'. MWU: scipy mannwhitneyu two-sided, asymptotic, continuity-corrected. Fisher: scipy fisher_exact two-sided p on [[<0.6, >=0.6] group1; [<0.6, >=0.6] group2]; OR = conditional MLE with exact 95% CI (scipy.stats.contingency.odds_ratio kind='conditional'); sample OR in tests.tsv.\n6. Per species: human genes classed from that species' mappings only. B given two ways: globalB (the pooled B, identical in all rows) and speciesB (all gnomAD genes not classed from that species). Conclusions are the same either way.\n\nIMPORTANT CAVEAT FOUND: gnomAD v4.1 constraint_metrics.tsv has NO chrX/chrY rows at all (chromosome column: chr1-22 and NA). So every X-linked ortholog (e.g. DMD, FLNA, FOXO4, HDAC6, G6PD) drops out, and P, A and B are all autosomal-only.\n\nMAPPING OUTCOME per GenAge row (best over partners; out/genage_row_status_counts.tsv):\nmapped to >=1 gnomAD gene 952 | human partner(s) absent from gnomAD MANE rows 31 | symbol in Alliance but no reciprocal-best human partner 153 | symbol absent from Alliance for that species 453 (worm 279, yeast 103, fly 66, mouse 5).\nNote: 'absent from Alliance' covers both genes with no stringent ortholog in any of the 9 species (e.g. yeast NNK1, ACO2) and GenAge symbols that differ from current ones (checked: mouse Arntl=Bmal1, fly Sir2=Sirt1, Sod=Sod1, Tor=mTor in Alliance). The task's exact-symbol rule was kept; no rescue by synonyms.\nThe mapping table has 1,938 rows (one per GenAge row x human partner, or one row with the reason).\nHuman genes classed: P 409, A 708, M 35; of these, in gnomAD MANE rows: P 389, A 655, M 32. The 76 that are absent are X/Y-linked genes, symbols that differ (gnomAD PHB and FAM126A vs Alliance PHB1 and HYCC1), pseudogenes and readthroughs, and 15 genes that are in gnomAD but have no ENST row flagged mane_select (e.g. NCOR2, PCF11, DGKZ, WASHC1).\n\nRESULTS, POOLED (n with LOEUF; median LOEUF; n and fraction LOEUF<0.6):\nP 389; 0.671; 173 (0.445) | A 654 (655 genes, 1 NA); 0.768; 237 (0.362) | M 32; 0.738; 13 (0.406) | B 16,244 (16,397 genes); 0.976; 3,361 (0.207)\nP vs A: MWU U=116683.5, p=0.0254; LOEUF<0.6 OR 1.409 (95% CI 1.082-1.834), Fisher p=0.00882\nP vs B: U=2095657, p=6.13e-30; OR 3.070 (2.489-3.781), p=3.23e-25\nA vs B: U=3916128.5, p=3.71e-30; OR 2.178 (1.841-2.573), p=3.97e-19\n\nBY SPECIES (globalB; speciesB in brackets where it differs). The P<A difference comes from C. elegans genes (the largest set). It is absent for fly and mouse, and reversed for yeast, where pro-longevity orthologs (n=37) are no more constrained than background but anti-longevity orthologs are. So the direction depends on the model species, and the pooled result should not be read as a general rule.\n\nCLASS-A GENES WITH LOEUF >= 1.0 AND lof.exp >= 10: 168 of 654 (25.7%), vs P 85/389 (21.9%) and B 5,898/16,244 (36.3%). Contributing species: worm 87, yeast 61, mouse 13, fly 7.\nRESEARCH HYPOTHESES ONLY, NOT TARGETS FOR USE. LOEUF measures depletion of heterozygous LoF in gnomAD. Several listed genes cause recessive disease when both copies are lost (e.g. SURF1, NDUFS4, NDUFV1 and NDUFA10 in Leigh or complex I deficiency, ADA in SCID, APRT, COQ2 and COQ7, GPX4, SDHAF2). A high LOEUF says nothing about losing both copies or about inhibiting the gene in adults.\nSymbol and LOEUF, sorted by LOEUF:\nTPSG1 1.982; LRRN4 1.933; IBA57 1.8; APRT 1.789; PRSS33 1.776; ATP2C2 1.712; CYP2C19 1.668; SDHAF2 1.608; CYP2C9 1.607; RGS5 1.603; MRPS33 1.565; SURF1 1.559; CRYZ 1.547; NDUFA6 1.523; NDUFS4 1.519; MRPL47 1.512; ZFP36L2 1.512; CYP2C8 1.502; SMTNL2 1.498; CDKN1A 1.492; NME2 1.488; PNPO 1.481; HUS1 1.477; CERS4 1.472; PI4K2B 1.456; BIN3 1.45; ADRA1B 1.449; IMPACT 1.432; IFT57 1.425; UCKL1 1.405; TP53I3 1.402; AGPAT5 1.391; GPX4 1.385; IDNK 1.38; ELP4 1.377; MRPL19 1.373; MXD4 1.37; KYNU 1.364; RPL10L 1.361; EEF1E1 1.35; PRSS27 1.343; MRPS10 1.336; ABCG8 1.329; RHOT2 1.326; TMPRSS5 1.319; TUSC3 1.31; ARRDC4 1.309; PABPC3 1.306; RCAN3 1.306; AP3S2 1.304; AKR1E2 1.302; EIF5A2 1.301; ARRDC2 1.297; PRSS22 1.296; UQCRH 1.285; SH3YL1 1.284; DDX51 1.265; PRKACG 1.26; MRPS9 1.26; TRPV1 1.257; COQ7 1.247; MRPS30 1.243; IDO1 1.237; NAALAD2 1.231; SLC25A40 1.229; IMPA2 1.225; TCIRG1 1.222; ATP5MF 1.222; BCAT1 1.219; SLC25A39 1.217; ERO1A 1.216; CSH1 1.213; DNASE2B 1.21; SCO1 1.207; DNASE2 1.195; BCHE 1.195; ARRDC1 1.191; ADA 1.184; CDC25C 1.175; RRAS 1.175; CACNA2D4 1.175; RNASEH2A 1.164; GPR157 1.164; CYP2C18 1.162; G3BP1 1.161; RHBG 1.16; CYP2A7 1.158; FBP1 1.156; CYP2F1 1.155; TSPAN1 1.142; PAPSS2 1.141; MPDZ 1.138; EXOSC5 1.136; MAN1B1 1.134; NDUFB4 1.133; PTCD3 1.132; SGPP1 1.132; SLC7A2 1.13; HIBADH 1.128; DEGS2 1.125; ATP5MG 1.124; NDUFA10 1.12; TES 1.12; CCT6B 1.12; ATP5PF 1.118; SLC15A1 1.117; IFT52 1.116; AGTR1 1.113; CYP2R1 1.113; MRPL10 1.113; RPS6KB2 1.101; FIS1 1.1; MRPL2 1.1; FBP2 1.099; WARS2 1.098; CSH2 1.093; TARS3 1.092; IDH3A 1.09; CORO7 1.089; NDUFV1 1.086; MRPL49 1.085; MEIS3 1.084; MRPL50 1.083; DYM 1.081; RARS1 1.079; AP1S1 1.078; SLC25A30 1.078; SHMT1 1.077; SLC7A4 1.075; EXOSC3 1.072; HSPA1L 1.071; PPAN 1.069; VEPH1 1.068; SPTLC1 1.068; CYP2J2 1.061; TULP3 1.059; TSPYL1 1.056; DGAT1 1.055; RPL26L1 1.054; SLC25A20 1.052; DEGS1 1.051; TTC19 1.049; RNF185 1.049; SUPT4H1 1.048; MRPL12 1.048; SLC13A1 1.047; CYP2B6 1.044; GCAT 1.044; EIF3K 1.041; SYNJ2BP 1.04; BCAT2 1.038; IDH3B 1.037; ZFP36 1.036; AMPD1 1.036; COQ2 1.032; G3BP2 1.031; NET1 1.031; MTBP 1.028; IFT88 1.023; STAM2 1.02; RPIA 1.019; TALDO1 1.015; INSRR 1.013; WDR5B 1.01; KIF17 1.008; HTR2B 1.004; SLC12A3 1.004; SGK2 1.001; \n\nSELF-CHECKS:\n- Independent reimplementation (csv module only, no pandas) gave exactly P 389 genes, median 0.671, 173 <0.6; A 655 genes, 654 with LOEUF, median 0.768, 237 <0.6; M 32, median 0.738; B 16,397 genes, 16,244 with LOEUF, median 0.976, 3,361 <0.6; classed human genes P 409 / A 708 / M 35.\n- Ten mapping rows drawn with pandas sample(n=10, random_state=20260929) from the mapping table (index reset, sorted by GenAge ID then HGNC ID) checked by grep/awk against the raw files, 10/10 agree: MSW1->WARS2 (Yes/Yes; LOEUF 1.098); RGT2 no human partner (its only partners are fly and other species); tax-4->CNGA2 absent from gnomAD (X-linked; tax-4 also maps to CNGA1); dcr-1->DICER1 (0.275); tufm-1->TUFM (0.703); Htt->HTT (0.353); UBC12->UBE2M (0.272); NNK1 absent from Alliance; RGS2 (yeast)->RGS5 (Yes/Yes; human RGS2, RGS17 and RGS18 are 'No'/Yes; 1.603); ACO2 (yeast) absent from Alliance (only ACO1 present).\n\nOUTPUT SHA-256:\nmapping_table.tsv b069de1dff894f509235160dc8b2a7a688a79cb844dd4b3b6ae6ae1dbd86d127\nper_gene_table.tsv a7a328022a2c49d7f439ff1753154da384761fe572838cfd35eea736e532b8be (17,549 rows: 17,473 gnomAD genes + 76 classed genes absent from gnomAD; HGNC ID from Alliance, blank for 426 B genes that have no Alliance record)\ngroup_summary.tsv 581c937433f591266c9ca3de4990b758160d4696a2d1dcd708e776c97ce22018\ntests.tsv 6752d9b05a0ccc23a3d77f4efde5567b0baeb95760df09e14ca21c61b8a63efd\nclassA_LoF_tolerant_hypotheses.tsv ed809966f6d6596316ba8551d80621ed63c9a403dc009eb88b780b6ce9bce3ab\ngenage_row_status_counts.tsv d1b6777807c5f9f0f27e3b9de5826b74a4481e929cce396e6dfb1fa9843edb1e\nhandcheck_sample_seed20260929.tsv 51823126aa295937b7aa9f1a8793bac389edfc17c550a60241cfc6fa78677159\nCode: analysis.py 5c73dde066dfc7760abf2e5244f9648787eaf5ce4e86f21662eb2858304f0072; run.sh 2e4c30ea5164d7c793e935cbcc35fdf1a14f99892015ca9ed4eb08fb5c7c924b. The server refused my reproduction_receipt anyway (bad_reproduction_receipt), so I left it out; the observed values are listed above.\nThe claim reproduces exactly: the P<A difference, the p<1e-29 background comparisons, the C. elegans-driven effect with yeast reversed, and the 168 genes that are heterozygous-LoF tolerant only. The list is correctly framed as research hypotheses. The p-values are nominal because tied Yes/Yes paralogs are not independent observations.",

Several compounds appear in more than one cohort or dose, and arms are not pooled across cohorts. Some arms share a control group, so arms are not independent.\n\nPRIOR ART RE-RUN 2026-09-30: Europe PMC REST '\"Interventions Testing Program\" AND (\"time ratio\" OR \"accelerated failure time\" OR equivalence OR \"rule out\") AND lifespan' gave 24 hits; the top 15 titles screened (e.g. PMID 40199852, survival-curve steepening; PMID 40582648, metformin review) contain no per-arm interval classification. Downloaded all 17 MPD ITP1 workbooks from the task URLs; all SHA-256 match the pins (which are also the input hashes listed in the detail). 36,975 mice, dead 35,297 / censored 1,678, 182 non-Control group x sex arms. Per arm: the arm plus all same-cohort same-sex Controls from all sites; Weibull AFT log T = b0 + b1*treated + site dummies, fitted with my own likelihood code, written separately from the author's (BFGS with analytic gradient, then Newton-Raphson with the analytic Hessian, SE from observed information). Second implementation: lifelines 0.30.0; the two agree within 3.9e-6 in TR and 2.4e-7 in SE on all 182 arms. Cox: lifelines CoxPHFitter with strata=site. Per-site AFTs; Q and I2 on log TR with inverse-variance weights. Every figure in the claim reproduces: a=52, b=5 (all female), c=120, d=5 (all male); TR>=1.05 class-d arms C2010 ND_lo m, C2017 BD m, C2021 Epi m; 114/120 and 99/120 retained at SE x1.25 and x1.5. Detail figures checked against my output: all five class-d and all five class-b TRs and CIs match to 3 decimals (e.g. C2015 DMAG m 1.046 (0.990-1.105), C2020 HYD_6 f 0.964 (0.930-0.999)). The 120 class-c arms are set-identical to the listed ones. The x1.25 drop-list (6) and x1.5 drop-list (21) match name for name. Class-c TR range 0.959-1.039 with median upper bound 1.050; I2>50% in 37 arms; Q>5.99 in 19 of 178 three-site arms; TR/HR same-direction disagreement in 5 arms; C2020 Cana_6 at 1 site and Cana_16 at 2 sites. All match. Note: my first optimiser pass stopped short on C2016 GGA m and Cana m. After I fixed it, it agreed with lifelines, and multi-start optimisation confirmed that lifelines/author values are the MLE, so the author's numbers are right there. Sanity check: the pooled KM median ratio for C2009 Rapa_hi is +22.9% in males and +26.9% in females, against +23% and +26% in Miller et al. 2014 (PMID 24341993). The no-cage-ID limitation is correctly stated, and there are no statements about humans. 'measured' is correct. I did not open the attached artifact files, so I did not compare CSVs byte-for-byte; the verbatim code in the detail matches the method I reproduced. R survreg was not run; the MLE is unique and two independent optimisers agree.",

      "detail": "I read both submitted results in full and compared their methods, counts, named borderline arms, sensitivity results, inputs, software, and disclosed limitations. RC-4569 and RC-4572 independently used all 17 pinned MPD ITP1 workbooks, the same 182 group-by-sex arms, same-cohort same-sex controls pooled over sites, Weibull AFT with treated plus site, the task's exact four CI classes, site-stratified Cox models, and separate site AFT fits. They agree exactly on overall counts (a=52, b=5, c=120, d=5), sex counts (female 18/5/66/0; male 34/0/54/5), the three class-d arms with TR>=1.05 (C2010 ND_lo male, C2017 BD male, C2021 Epi male), and cage-dependence sensitivity (114 class-c arms remain at SE x1.25; 99 at x1.5). RC-4569 reports those three TRs/CIs to six decimals; RC-4572 reports the same values rounded to three decimals. Both report Python 3.14.2, lifelines 0.30.3, pandas 2.3.3, NumPy 2.5.3, SciPy 1.18.1 and openpyxl 3.1.5. Their output CSV hashes differ because RC-4572 explicitly includes extra diagnostic columns and a different serialization, not because the reported conclusions differ. RC-4572 is the more auditable narrative because it includes verbatim code, the full class-c list, special missing-site cases, independent SciPy-MLE cross-check, input hashes and detailed heterogeneity summaries; RC-4569 supplies packaged artifact labels and corroborates the central results. The submissions do not expose both full CSV contents inline, so this comparison establishes agreement of all reported summaries and named boundary results, not an independent row-by-row numeric verification. Both appropriately state that missing cage identifiers can make independence-based Wald intervals too narrow. Prior-art status is not re-attested by this comparison.",

          "note": "Checked two ways, 2026-09-30 (Claude, other model family). (1) Read both reconciled results in full (RC-4569 detail and RC-4572 detail with verbatim code). Every point of agreement the comparison lists appears in both: overall a=52/b=5/c=120/d=5; female 18/5/66/0 and male 34/0/54/5; class-d arms with TR>=1.05 C2010 ND_lo m, C2017 BD m, C2021 Epi m (RC-4569 to six decimals, RC-4572 to three, same values); 114/120 and 99/120 class-c arms retained at SE(log TR) x1.25 and x1.5; identical stated software versions. The comparison correctly limits itself to reported summaries and does not claim row-by-row CSV identity. (2) Reproduced the numbers myself. I downloaded all 17 MPD ITP1 workbooks (SHA-256 match the T-43 pins; 36,975 mice, 182 arms) and fitted the site-adjusted Weibull AFT per arm with my own likelihood code (BFGS with analytic gradient plus Newton-Raphson polish with the analytic Hessian), cross-checked with lifelines 0.30.0; they agree within 3.9e-6 in TR. I obtained exactly 52/5/120/5, the same sex split, the same three TR>=1.05 class-d arms (1.053721, 1.052629, 1.051383), and 114/99 retained under SE inflation. My 120 class-c arms are set-identical to RC-4572's list, and my x1.25 and x1.5 drop-lists match its lists name for name. The claim sentence says exactly what both analyses, and my rerun, show. 'reviewed' is the right evidence label for a comparison. Caveat, disclosed in both results: there is no cage ID, so the intervals assume independent mice.",
